Angela is here to assist with insurance operational support to both large providers and independent agencies, she has demonstrated a unique ability to drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and optimize account strategies. Angela has a deep understanding of client needs, combined with a commitment to innovation and operational excellence, has earned her a reputation for delivering results in fast-paced, competitive environments. As a certified Estate Planning Coordinator, we can provide clients with Comprehensive Will and Trust documents. We are excited to announce that Patti is joining our team soon, With over 30 years of experience in account service and 16 years in the telecommunications industry, Patti brings a wealth of expertise in managing client relationships, driving service excellence, and leading high-performing teams. As Executive Director of Account Services, Patti is dedicated to delivering exceptional client solutions while fostering a customer-first culture across the organization.
Meet Beth! Independent Licensed Insurance Agent
Beth is an Independent Insurance Agent, licensed in Mississippi and Tennessee. specializing in Life Insurance. In partnership with Transamerica Life Insurance and Legacy Assurance.

Our team is comprised of over 60 years of collective operational experience and resides remotely on both East and West coasts. This strategic positioning allows Service Solutions Admin Group to provide high levels of support and services through every part of your day.
Our Story
Service Solutions Admin Group
Service Solutions Admin Group, LLC was formed in June of 2022 and founded by long time Healthcare professionals Angela.
Angela is the wife of a Retired USAF Veteran. Her and her husband relocated from Idaho to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in 2019.
In the years prior to marriage and her career in the Healthcare industry, Angela was a Floral Design Specialist. As a single mother to two young boys, she sought out a career path that would be more suited for family life. When the opportunity to begin working for an Insurance Brokers office presented itself, she leaped at the chance to better her life.
Angela worked her way up within the first year, starting out as a Front Desk Receptionist moving to Life Insurance Coordinator and Underwriter, to Broker Assistant, soaking in all the knowledge and information she could. Within six years, Angela was offered a new position within a well renowned, nationwide carrier where she fulfilled the next fifteen years of her career. However, due to the carrier going through corporate downsizing in 2022, Angela found herself at a crossroad seeking the next step in her career path.
